COVID-19 Information for Customers
We would like to take a moment to communicate with our customers about the Coronavirus and it’s effects on our business and interaction with customers.
The health and safety of our customers and employees is our main priority.
We have chosen to implement procedures and processes based on information from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Information on Coronavirus changes on a daily basis and we recommend you to refer to the CDC website for the most up to date information:
We have instructed our employees to take some common sense precautions based on CDC recommendations:
- Don’t come to work if they are sick.
- Minimize the risk of infection by handwashing and sneezing/coughing into a sleeve or tissue.
- Practice Social Distancing.
We are constantly updating the training our workers recieve to keep up with this developing event.
As a customer, we ask that you inform us if someone in your home becomes ill. If you feel you need to cancel your service appointment due to illness, please contact us and we will reschedule and be ready to help when you are ready.
