Check Your Main Shutoff Valve
Checking your main shutoff valve is important because it acts as a gateway for water entering your household. When/if the valve is not fully opened, the amount of water passing through is limited.
Hot Water Heater Problems
Check your water heater valve! If this is closed or not fully opened, you’ll often see a decrease in water pressure. Make sure the valve is fully opened.
Clogged or Corroded Water Pipes
Clogs! You often can’t see this problem, but a clog forces water to build-up in one area of the pipeline. Depending on the severity of the clog, some water can move around the clog leaving with a reduced flow of water.
